We have the LOWEST RATES around. V.I.P. is the only company that gives you discounts when you book multiple days. We also give discounts for advance payment in full when payment is made 60 days or more in advance.

PLEASE NOTE: When you book a tour and do not use all of the time that you booked we can not transfer that unused time to another day. Our guides are contracted for a certain amount of time each day and that is what we base their pay on. If a tour is six hours we have to pay them for at least six hours for that day. You may extend your tour at any time and your guide can tell you what the additional time will cost but unused time can not be transferred or refunded.
We have the best prices around. Disney charges $125.00 per hour for a private tour in off-peak season and doesn't provide as many services as we do. Universal charges even more for their private tour. We currently offer 6 and 8 hour days as well as an hourly rate. We are also the only ones that offer discounts when you book two or more days. The guest is responsible for their guides meals during the tour should they decide to stop for lunch or dinner. All prices listed above are for groups of up to six people at Disney and five people at Universal and do not include admissions to the parks. A surcharge of $40.00 per hour may apply for groups of more than six at Disney parks and $40.00 per hour plus $30.00 per day at Universal parks. You would get two guides during your tour and full access to all rides and some shows, please contact us for rates and conditions. A gratuity for your guide of 15 to 20% is not included in the price and although it is not required, it is appreciated, however, a 15% gratuity will be added to the price in advance for groups requiring two guides. If you wish to give a greater amount than that for outstanding service, it would be at your discretion We require a 50% deposit in advance due at time of booking to reserve your tour and the balance is payable prior to the start of your tour. We accept all major credit cards on-line through PayPal. We can also take credit card orders with VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER by phone and in person. You may also mail a check for the deposit but checks must arrive within seven days of booking in order to hold the dates.
OPTIONAL TRANSPORTATION PACKAGE
We offer a transportation package at additional cost. For $50.00 a day we can pick you up at your hotel and transport up to six people to the parks, between the parks when you choose to do two or more parks in one day and return you to your hotel at the end of the day. Ours vans can be reserved on a first come first serve basis. Until now this was included in the tour price but do to the rising cost of fuel we have been forced to do it as an extra charge option. This option applies to all tours booked after April 15, 2008.
OPTIONAL PHOTO CD PACKAGES
An optional photo package is available when you book at least one eight hour day. Sorry, this package is not available on shorter tours unless you have booked at least one eight hour day. We have two options available at this time.
OPTION 1: The first package gives you a photo slide show featuring select photos from your days at the parks set to music from the parks and films all on a DVD. You will also receive a disk with all the photos taken that day on a CD that you will be able to print from your computer or have printed at any photo store. During your day at the parks your guide will be taking photos both posed and candid as well as scenic photos that will be used in the creation of the DVD. This add-on package costs $300.00 per day. All DVD's and CD's will be kept of file for one year should wish additional copies. Additional copies of the DVD / CD set are available at $50.00 per set.
OPTION 2: With second package you will receive only a photo CD with all the photos taken by your guide. This option is available for $100.00 per day. Additional copies of the CD are available at $25.00 each and must be ordered prior to your departure from Orlando. Photos are not kept on file with this package. Once the photo's are mailed out they are deleted from our computer.
All photos are taken at "FINE GRAIN" resolution and a picture size of 1600 X 1200 for the best picture quality when printed or enlarged. Photo option disks are mailed to you via first class mail. You should receive the disks in seven to fourteen days following your tour.
LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
Last minute bookings are ok with us. Some families get here and find that the lines are just as long as we say they are and wish they had booked a tour. Call us and if we have someone available we will be glad to help you. We add a 20% gratuity for the guide on all bookings that are made less than 48 hours in advance and we will need at least 12 hours advance notice in order to secure a guide for you. All bookings that are made within 14 days of the tour date require payment in full.

A V.I.P. tour also makes a great gift for family, friends and business associates that are planning a trip to the Orlando area. Gift certificates are available for purchase and never expire. The certificate comes with the number of days purchased on it or the dollar value if you chose to pay for only a portion of the tour. The recipient's name can be on it or left blank if you wish for you to fill in yourself. If you purchase a gift certificate for a full day your benefactor gets a full day regardless of any price increases in the future. Gift certificates are non-refundable and MUST be surrendered before the start of the tour.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All tour prices are based on there being six people in the party. Groups of seven to 11 people are subject to a surcharge of 10% or the cost of sending an additional guide on the tour. The cost of sending an additional guide is $40.00 per hour. Groups of 12 to 18 will be required to have 3 guides. The first guide is included in the base cost of the tour. Sorry, we can not accommodate groups larger than 18 at this time.
VIP requires a 50 % deposit on all tours booked more than 14 days in advance. The balance is payable by cash or check on the morning of the first day of the tour unless other arrangements have been made with this office. The full cost of the tour is due at time of booking if you book less than 14 days in advance. Tours booked less than 48 hours in advance will have a 20 % gratuity for the guide added to the cost of the tour.

The cost of your tour does not include theme park admission. A gratuity for your guide, generally 15 to 20 %, is not included in the cost of the tour except as mentioned above. Should you stop for lunch during the time that the guide is with you, you are responsible for his or her lunch.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Our refund and cancellation policy is simple. A full refund is given if you should cancel 30 days or more prior to your tour date. Less than 30 days but more than 48 hours prior to your tour, a 50% refund is given or a full credit is given. This is your option. There is no refund if you cancel less than forty-eight hours prior to your tour. In this event, only a full credit will be issued for use at a future time. There is no refund or credit if you cancel on the day of the tour. Refunds for tours paid for by credit card are subject to a 7% transaction fee. All refunds are mailed to you by check or credited to the credit card used within seven days after cancellation.
